TITLE: Memory Book Coordinator
TYPE OF POSITION: Part-time; 2024-2025 school year
STIPEND: $1000
LOCATION: Hopkins Elementary School, Hopkinton, Massachusetts
AREA OF CONSIDERATION: All qualified HPS employees
The Memory Book Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the creation, design, and production of Hopkins school’s annual memory book. The Memory Book Coordinator reports to the principal and/or the assistant principal.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working with students in the middle Elementary School age cohort;
- Experience creating a yearbook or other publication helpful;
- Ability to utilize trouble-shooting strategies;
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate.
DUTIES:
- Organizes and manages the memory book project from concept to completion;
- Ensures that the memory book captures the spirit, events, and milestones of the school year;
- Works collaboratively with students, staff, parents, and vendors to deliver a high-quality memory book, on schedule;
- Ensures the memory book is representative of all students at Hopkins School;
- Other duties, as required.
